Conditions and criteria for the adoption of training programs that have been passed outside the university : * that falls within the subject and content of the training program to be offset under the scope of one of the competencies for the professional development of faculty members , leaders and approved by the Supreme Council of Universities . * That applies to the entity that made the program one of two conditions : - hand followed by an entity authorized training internationally , such as : - (AUC-British Council-AMIDEAST) - University of outside Egypt has a mechanism for the development of faculty members , such as : - (Cambridge-Aberdeen-Sydney -Stanford-Alaska-Texas). * Be a timing pass the training program to be offset after the date of the applicant on the last academic degree occupied at the time of applying the equation.
- Speech to benefit from the concerned authority to issue certificates to be neutralized .
* To be the cost per certificate for each training program 500E.L.
